Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, chili sauce and vinegar for the dipping sauce, then cover and refrigerate.
  2. Set up a three-stage dredging station: cornstarch; eggs; and, flour, panko, salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Run the shrimp through the dredging stations, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Fry the shrimp in 350 oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  5. Plate and serve with the dipping sauce.
